The Details- Sani Lodge
There are 10 wooden contructions with thatched roofs that can cater for a maximum of 40 people at Sani Lodge. Rooms are basic, en suite and have a little hammock in the porch to relax in. They are comfortable and more than adequate as a place to fall as leep listening to the noises of the forest at night.
This lodge is deeply located in a conservation area of lowland rainforest-a haven for wildlife. One of the main draws of the area are the vast amount of birds spotted in this region. With over 570 recorded species ranging from The Harpy Eagle to Toucans it is an easy place for a complete novice birder to get enthused about the art of birding.
All excursions are included whilst at the lodge and they tend to have a wildlife element to them. You can select from a variety of excursions offered by the expert naturalist guides. One day you might canoe down the waterways in search of Pink River Dolphins or visit a clay like abundant with Parrots feasting. Another fantastic option is to visit the local community and learn more about their lives.
